HIRA PRESENTATION GENERATOR
Welcome! Here you will be able to generate a professional, polished PowerPoint presentation automatically at the click of a button. We will use PowerPoint's Copilot slide creator to do this.
INSTRUCTIONS:
NOTE: You will need to have created a copy of your HIRA Report in MS Word.
1. Open PowerPoint on your computer and click Create with Copilot on the top Toolbar.
2. Click the + sign and then "Upload images and files". Select and OPEN your HIRA Report Word document.
3. Click the red arrow to start generating your presentation.
** Presentation quality and available PowerPoint Copilot features depend on your Microsoft 365 version and licensing.
NOTE: Copilot will ask you a few questions for you to answer as it generates your slide deck. Click "CONFIRM" once you have responded.
Also, please be patient. It will take upwards of 10 - 15 minutes for it to "do its thing!"
*** Be sure to name and save your PowerPoint presentation.
BTW: You can add, change, or delete any images or text inside the PowerPoint presentation once it has been generated.
ALSO... You can give it specific instructions rather than let it automatically create a deck. For example, you can tell it to add an image to the first and last slide. Or, you can tell it to generate an executive level deck with 10 slides. It will do what you tell it... it's your call!!
